Quick Brake install ?

Quick Brake install ?
I need to put new brakes on the rear of my 97 TA and I am wondering how should I push the piston back without damaging anything ?

Do I just use a C-Clamp and push it back or is there more to it ?

Loosen the cap on the master cylinder.Do one side at a time.Yes a C- clamp works fine.Use an old pad to push against.Just make sure it is going in straight.
