Questions about Running Lean, Hard Starting, Cleaning/Changing Injectors, etc.

I have had some issues with my car lately. It seems to cut out a little at idle in gear, but seems okay at idle and not in gear. Whenever you hold throttle when not under a load it seems like it is still missing. I have just changed the plugs and not too long ago the fuel filter. I've been on this opti for about 30,000 miles, so I guess it is possible that is the problem. However it is not the typical opti crapping out symptoms--at least from what I experienced the last time around. Also I have hard starting problems. Sometimes I can crank the engine for about 5-10 seconds and nothing happens. If I turn off the ignition and crank again it usually starts right up. The only time it starts right up on the first try is after I crank for about 6-8 seconds.

When looking at my DataMaster logs, the long term counts are low, about 110-120 range anywhere from 0-3000 rpms. Short term counts seem to be in the 123-126 range. I haven't really looked at the upper rpm ranges. It also seems that the right side is running leaner than the left side. There is a greater correction factor shown in the histogram that reflects this. I have put a copy of my DataMaster log here: DataMaster Log

I noticed also that my injector pulse width is about 2.5 ms at idle, which looks quite long to me. Thus I took the fuel rail off to take a look at the injectors. They look clean to me--only a very small amount of discoloration (probably dirt/deposit) on one or two of the nozzles, but doesn't look like it is impeding the flow of fuel. So, one of the questions that I have is how does one clean injectors? Is there a way to clean out the insides by flushing some sort of fluid through them?

Also, since I have about 135,000 miles on my car, should I go ahead and just change the injectors? I have owned the vehicle for about 45,000 miles and never changed the injectors or had them professionally cleaned. However, I do manage to put in a bottle of STP fuel injector cleaner at every oil change (3,000 miles). If I do get new injectors, should I just go with the stock injector or should I go aftermarket? I have the mods listed in my sig. Should I get larger injectors if I get new ones?

If someone thinks that I have a problem other than injectors, please, I am all ears. I have been trying to hunt down this problem for a while now and any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.
