I'm thinking about getting the cam package that cmotorsports.com is offering and I was going to get a guy I know to clean my heads up and do a small port job on them. But I don't know what all I would need and I'm trying to get a list together.

The cam package:

Comp Cams Xtreme Energy 230/236 Cam .544"/.555" Lift
Comp Cams Pro Magnum 1.6 Rocker Arms, Self Aligning
CM612 Valve Springs
CM126 Chromoly Retainers
CM007 7 Degree Hardened Locks

They are also throwing in hardened pushrods.

The guy I'm getting to do the heads knows what he's doing and I'm not looking for a ultra flowing head just an good upgrade.

What else would I need to supply him, to do the heads and install the cam?

This cam should idle better than the Comp "306" ( 230 / 244, .510 / .540 112 LSA) , correct?

 

I forgot to add headers would be done at the same time or shortly after.
