Question a question i wish i didn't have to ask...

On friday I got into an accident on my way to school and my car is "TOTALED" but i can still sell my car as a salvage the motor 70,000 miles on it, 6 speed trans, and the rest of the drivetrain is good. The only thing that is causing me this whole thing is that the frame is bent in the front but their is NOT A SCRATCH from the doors back(windshield cracked a little). I have pictures of it if u need them but i would like to know what i can get for my car if i were to sell it as it is, exact mileage on motor and trans is 70068(thats what i saw about a minute before i got hit). Thanks for reading this and any input you have for me, i only had liability so my insurance company said screw you and I'm not getting a penny from them so its up to me to sell it.

You really can't blame the insurance company. You got what you paid for.

Anyway, you should try calling the local salvage yard and see what they would give you for it. Or you could try parting the car out. Look on ebay and see what stuff is selling for.

Sorry for the delay i had to work but it was a 1997 trans am 6 speed trans 70k on the lt1. Flowmaster 80 series exhaust 3 1/2 piping, from the windshield back it is 100% clean, no rust and no flaws in the paint/body. I kept the car basically immaculate, for the time that i had it it was my baby, if anyone wants a parts car or parts off it let me know and ill let you know if the parts are good still or what i can do for you.

Why can't they replace the frame? I don't know much about it, but what happens if it gets messed up?

The T/A hatch is the high rise, mine isn't If you have the high rise hatch I'll take it off your hands

What about the rear bumper, is it the Formula style or the T/A style? is like this or like this?

I want the rear bumper to go around, not the little notches, let me know! Just the cover.
