I will be adding headers to my car soon which is a 95 Z28 convertible. However I have reached an impasse in a decision I was going to make. I have the option to make car run true duels or I could change out my Y-Pipe and keep the cat-back that is already on the car. I realize the X Pipe setup should give me more HP but would it be a significant gain over say an enlarged and polished Y-Pipe? The sound of the exhaust really does not matter to me, I like the sound of my cat back although true duel do sound nice.
