My car has a very, very slight rough idle, but doesn't have any problems when I am driving it, I know I am a bit picky with my car but it is a very little rough idle, last night I saw some little lights over 1 or 2 spark plugs are those lights normal? I also notice that the batery gauge is a bit lower than normal this is happening when I have the air on...

Maybe the lights are my problem? I also have a very bad header leak,that I will fix this monday, can that also cause a rough idle also?

 

I'm not sure I understand your question. There are no lights above the spark plugs.

 

It sounds like your plug wires are arcing. That can cause a rough idle. They could have got burned on the headers, or worn down by rubbing against something. Also, If your wires touch each other the spark can arc between them.
