Question about Headers

I am planning on purchasing the following Headers, the option on the very top:
http://www.jegs.com/cgi-bin/ncommerc...46&prmenbr=361

However, i need to know if these headers are 50-state legal? Mainly, legal in California?
If anyone knows this information it would be most helpful.

Also, since i dont think the BBK's are cali-legal, if anyone knows of some headers that ARE Cali legal for around the same price, lemme know where i can order them. The other option i found off of Summit were the Edelbrock TES Headers, and I'll go with those if i can't find anything else.

Any shorty header is legal in California. I assume that since the BBK's seem like they're mid-length they are not legal... If the Edelbrock's you're thinking about are shorties, they are sure to be legal...

That is not true. To be "leagl" they must have a CARB or EO #. Though, for the most part, shorties have a CARB or EO#.

Can anyone reccomend some good Headers that are legal in california? If the Edelbrock's suck then I'd rather go with something else.

Anyone know of some good automotive sites besides Jegs and Summit?

Like said above, just be sure they have a carb# or eo and you're good to go in cali.

I think the best California legal Headers your going to find are made by SLP. They are 1 3/4" primary vs 1 5/8" like the rest. They are however expensive. A lot of people like MAC headers but they arn't legal here. I've heard of people buying MAC headers and saying they're SLP and getting away with it.
