Question about an EGR leak!
I was just wondering if the EGR plate behind the intake manifold can leak after unplugging it. From my understanding it should close up but Ive heard that in can leak sometimes. Anyone know anything about this?

You mean you left the EGR in place as your block off and are wondering if it can leak?
Yes I am sure it could, I went with the block off plate from GM.
No leak.
The EGR valve should be closed but that does not mean it cannot leak.
