QA1/HAL Shocks?

R-series or F-series? Whats the difference and is one better than the other in some aspect?

How does the HALs compare to Koni ADJ and such? Two different worlds or what?

From what I have read the R series is suppost to be an all out drag shock which allows you to adjust rebound. The F-series is suppose to be a better all around shock for everyday driving.
