Q about installing new lifters?
Im installing new lifters in my girlfriends 92 lumina i was just wondering what it would hurt if i didnt install a new cam. the haynes manual says not to install non roller type lifters unless you install a new camshaft also. i was just wondering why.
also i soaked them in oil and i have moly grease to put on them, is there anything esle i should do before installing the new ones.?
