Put on my Lts and now I have a P0400..
So I put my Jethot Lts on with emission fittings and the car was fine for 3 days. Decided to take a trip to San Antonio and right before I got there my SES light turned on. So I unhooked the battery and let the PCM reset, the light turned off and stayed off for about 20 miles and then turned back on. I researched and I noticed that this happens alot when people put Lts on. I read that its not getting enough back pressure to function properly. What can I do to fix this problem besides getting it tuned? I also read that if I get an egr valve for a m6 it could fix it too?
P0400 indicates EGR flow malfunction. Are you sure you connected the EGR properly? Maybe it's stuck.
The only codes I get from my LT headers & ORY is that the O2's occasionally flash a P0135 or P0155 code for slow O2 response. This is usually only when putting around town in low RPM's though. I'm sure a cleaning of the O2's will slve this nuisance.
