Before I get my pcm repro'ed for 383, what size injectors to use?
30# Bosch?
38# Bosch?
What are you using? I am trying to get 420 or so at rwhp, but have stock fuel pump.
Kim Barr did the heads and motor. Just want to know how to utilize the air and cam by appropriate sized fuel injectors for application......
Thanks!

38's will give you more of a safety net especially if you can't increase the fuel pressure.

You can use this calc to find out what size you need-

This should also be discussed in LT1 Tech, moving...
(And I assume you have an LT1 as that is where your other posts are, since you dont have a sig)

What are you doing with the motor? spray? if so wet or dry? boost? NA?
NA 36lb
n2o wet 36lb
n2o dry 42lb
boost at minimum 42lb
those are somewhat rough... my NA 350 LT1 has 30's on it, oh yeah go with SVO/FMS injectors, after hearing some horror stories with the accels I wouldn't trust them. Ford injetors are cheaper too
While you are at it why don't you pop a new fuel pump in there. You obviously have the loot to put a stroker in there, might as well put the appropriate fuel system to support it. Put a 255 in there and be done with it.

I got a Nu-tek 383, LT$ HC, ported heads, bolt ons, I use FORD SVO #30's with pcmforless programming. they work great!!
It will be NA.
After dumping the money in the 383, I am SUPER tight on budget.
Is it necessary to do the pump too?
The calculator is nice, but I don't know my hp, don't know my duty cycle. So that is out until it starts and I can dyno it....

I also am having my motor built into a 383. Its costing me 5800 for the motor/labor. This is with the fully ported heads. I also need injectors, and was also wondering if I should get a new fuel pump. Can anyone link me up to where I can get both of these items. I plan on doing a wet no2 setup one day. So if anyone can suggest something that would be great!
With my crank/cam/head combo I should be looking at around 400-450 rwhp. So if that makes a difference in injectors please consider that also!
Thanks,
-Ryan

yeah before you get huffy, those ARE ford sites, but 30's and 36lb injectors are for sale all over those boards. Go to the forsale sections pick up some used injectors. Should run you no more than 125 shipped (I got mine off of there for 100 bucks were on the car for 1000 miles, and looked brand new)

255lph fuel pump for 99 bucks
200-250 bucks and now you are completely ready fuel wise. Our stock rails are plenty fine as well as our stock line.
