Push rods and guide plates for LT4 cam.

I'm putting the LT4 hot cam kit on my '94 Camaro and I am wondering what push rods to get, I can keep the stock length right? Does anyone have a suggestion to which ones I should use? Also should I run guide plates? I dont know if the roller rockers that come with the kit are self aligning, it doesn't give you a whole lot of info on them. Does anyone know if the GM Bowtie rockers that come with the LT4 hot cam kit are self aligning, and if not what guideplates should I use? Also what kind of tuning do I need for the computer? I have a Power Programer, would using that allow me to hold off on sending the PCM out for tuning for at least a little while? Also where should I have it tuned at and what is the average cost? Thank you in advance for any help given.

the rockers that come with the hotcam kit are self-aligning, so do not use guideplates. as for the pushrods, go with a set of hardened from cmotorsports (EX-720H-16)

as far as tuning goes, get ahold of Ion at www.madz28.com.

The rr are self aligning and guideplates will not be needed. Stock length pushrods can be used to my knowledge. A tune will be needed with the cam........I for one am going with a tune from madz28 and will be installing the cam near the end of feb early march. Hope this helps.

Thank you both for the help. What is the stock push rod size? Also, dmoor88, who makes the push rods you gave me the number to, I have to get ones from Summit due to the limited amount of time I have. I'm off from work this week, so I need the parts to me as quick as possible. Thanks again.
