Push rod thru rocker arm

so i have had my rebuilt engine running in my 95 z28 and i think i know what sounds it has been making A PUSH ROD WENT RIGT THRU THE STOCK ROCKER ON THE #6 PISTON, does anyone know why this would of happened? and what roller rockers would anyone reccommend for a rebuilt engine bored 30 over wiht a gm .495 hot cam (not the kit) and what else may need replaced? also what anyone thinks of the summit aluminum roller rockers and what ratio to use and stud measuremnet.

Stock rocker have been known since '55 to do that sometimes.

The oil timing between the PR and the rocker is off from the extra lift.
Get a set of aftermarket rockers and ya will be good to go.
