i am planning on buying slp totl in may from slp(10% of catbacks in may). i wanted to ask for your opinions on buying from slp. i've heard that customer service isn't the best and that it takes a long time to get ordered parts. Feedback and suggestions of other places to buy this catback are welcome.

 

customer serrvice does sucks, but there products are good

 

I have ordered twice, both times I have been happy. However, that is because I did not have any issues with what I was sent.


Shipping was also quick, I am two for two.

 

I've ordered from them I believe 5 or 6 times over the past several years. Each time I ordered, my order was shipped right away and I've always been happy with what I got. No problems here

 

i dont deal with the customer service, i live 30 minutes away! sorry. the products are good though

 

If you post anything on their message boards that is derogatory, they will delete it and delete your username.Nice bunch of guys eh?

I think it's either a hit or miss when you order from them.

 

Only ordered once (just before Christmas too) but no problems here.

I use http://www.lmperformance.com/ to order my SLP stuff due to the fast shipping, and return policy I had no problems yet...

thanks for all the replies. i guess there have been a lot more good experiences than bad with slp. So, i will buy my catback from slp in may. I cant wait!
