pull the motor for heads/cam install?

hey im looking to install a heads/cam/waterpump/timing set combo on my 95 m6 z28. ive never installed them before, and was wondering if it would be easier to remove the motor from the car before doing it. how much time would it take to drop the motor? also how many sensors/connections have to be disconnected when removing it? id imagine quite a bit considering the wiring harness is all over the place. how hard is it to remove? im about to do a search on what it takes to do it, id prefer to drop it from underneath the car. thanks guys

I would do in the car.Just more work to R&R the motor.I did mine in the car,it wasnt bad.the wires are easy, just unplug them.Dont worry, all the plugs are different,so you cant scew it up.

You don't need to yank the motor...
