I’ve got a stock 1994 z28 and was thinking about getting some 1.6 ratio aluminum rockers and I’m just wondering what y’all who’ve installed it have seen since installing. (pros, cons, numbers and such)

 

Along with hardware and new springs...Pros: +/- 10 whp, +1-2mph trap speed increase, possibly slightly better mpg, maybe smoother idle. All for around $400.

Cell phones made signatures obsolete. What else has/ are you planning on doing to it? Rockers by themselves, pass. But rockers with full exhaust and a cam, different story.

 

I ain’t got money to do nothing huge so for now maybe just a cai a cat delete and a new boot to replace the factory rubber one is what I’m planning on doing to it.

 

don't just do 1:6 RR, change valve springs also if they have over 50k mi on them

The 1:6 RR with new springs and a mail order tune with high RPM shifts will wake the car up
