Most of what I have heard is bad (like most Proform products). Seen several threads where they have worn excessively.

I'd rather run a roller tip rocker like the comp magnum 1.6 that I know is a quality product for the same price than a junk brand full roller

I ran them for 50,000 miles with no problem whatsoever. Another friend of mine has them on a supercharged engine making 550rwhp with no problems. He has ran them for years, too.

I know someone who has run them for about a year now with a CC306 cam with no problems. Just make sure that if you are using them with a set of heads that have EVER been off the car, that you check the clearance between the self aligning discs and the valve retainers/locks. Inadequate clearance between these is usually the cause of most self aligning disc problems and can cause severe valve train failure.

I ran the proform 1.6's with a hotcam in my old 355TPI car for a year and didn't have any problems. Not saying good or bad just my experience. I've also had luck with the one out of the hot cam kit, currently using them on this car with no problems. Maybe consider them as an alternative. Usually can find some for a decent price used. Just a thought.
