Problems with running a '95 tranny in a '94 OBD1 Car

I was told that this can't be done without certain changes to my PCM and adding of some type of wire to the tranny to get the TC to lock. But whenever I drive the car it feels like it's locking but, when I try and get on the rpms will jump to 6500 when I give it more than 1/2-3/4 throttle. Anyone know what the problem is? Also where can I find the scematic for the wiring?

95 IS OBD1 ALSO. I DONT SEE WHAT THE DIFFERENCE WOULD BE BUT MAYBE THERE IS SOME THINGS DIFFERENT.

TRY SHOEBOX`S SITE, HE HAS ALOT OF GREAT WIRING DIAGRAMS AND INFO ON THESE PROJECTS.

I THINK IT`S WWW.SHBOX.COM

GOOD LUCK!

Yes I know '95 is also OBD1 but, there is a difference between '94 and '95 tranny's. Bryan from pcmforless said if I want to run the tranny in my '94 I need to re-flash the pcm for a '95 and add a wire from the pcm to the tranny connector which will allow the TC to lock.

That's because the 1995 uses a different way (PWM) to operate the TCC solenoid.
