Problems after heads/cam install.

The car starts up and i dont have any check engine light, but it seems to have no power. For example, if i am sitting there idling and i turn the wheel the power steering almost stalls the car. And if i am driving and i put the clutch in and coast to a stop the rpms drop way down and the car almost stalls, any guesses. I am 100% positive the cam timing is right. I am going to check the plug wire routing, but am pretty sure that is right too. I have a mail order tune from Madz28.

Could the valves be adjusted to tight???
