So the car was just sitting for a year and finally started it last week. When it heats up to about 180 the car starts to run kinda ruff and seems to miss fire. Anything i should look at?

I did give it a tune up (plugs, wires, coil), oil change, and coolant change before i started the car.

 

Mabe there is a little water in the gas tank from sitting so long.

 

Best way of taking it out?

It's been in a closed garage for the year also. No contact with rain.
