Pro 5.0

lookin at gettin a Pro 5.0 shifter...does $100 sound pretty good for a used one that is is really good shape? is it a night and day difference after installing it?

BTW i could possibly get the B&M ripper for $75...should i go with the Pro 5.0?

I have had both in my car.. I liek the ripper a lil better...but both are great shifters... But I like the one piece design on the ripper, and the ripper is a true short throw one. About the difference... Yes there is a big difference. So @ those prices.. Get em both and try them out..whichever one you like better keep it. And sell the other one..@ those prices you could definatly sell em

Well i can't compare but i am very happy with the pro 5.0. And yes it is a night and day differece between the stock shifter. Snake why is the ripper a true short throw and not the pro 5.0? I don't know how short the ripper throws are but my 5.0 is real short. I got the lou's SS at the same time so i don't know how it was with the regular stick though.
