I bought my 95 conv in may of 99 with 45000 on th clock for 10,500. The guy was the original owner and it was always garaged and bone stock. It still even had the dam skip shift funtioning. He was selling it because he was getting a Vette

Xride, SS 1LE

Hey Xride does such a car exist, how do you ID one?
The reason I ask is I just brought a 97 SS two weeks ago for $8500 with 108k miles ht, m6, no power anything except door locks. It also had hpp3, k&n filter in the SS air box, ud pulley, 160 stat, Granatelli MAF & KYB AGX shocks.
I was wondering if it was a 1LE SS.

Theres a good chance that it is. Manual windows are very very rare on our cars...and I tihnk only 3 1LE SS's were made.

Check the RPO Code sticker on the inside of your door jam. It tells you all the options of your car. Towards the end of the list is will either have 1LE or it wont. GOOD LUCK!

I bought my black 93 T/A in March of 2000 for $9000, bone stock save for a flowmaster muffler, had 84K at the time. Best deal I found (again, at the time).

I bought my other 93 T/A last summer for $6K. It had 92K miles on it, but also had the following: Ported heads, Hotcam kit, MAC Headers, Flowmaster Cat-Back wiht a dyno max muffler, Mac Cat and ORP, 02 WS6 rims, 02 Hurst shifter, M6 swap from original A4, Firehawk hood, Corbeau Targa seats, 97 Gauge cluster and console, Vented opti conversion, Electric wp, BMR sufbrames, Hypercoil springs, KYB adjustable shocks up front, Bilstein take offs in the rear, 1LE rear control arms. I'm pretty pleased with it for the price!!

i got mine from a member on here for $5200 with 78000 miles with teh mods! Why is the blue book so dang low on these cars, but none of them go for the value? Always a grand or so higher (not complaining)

Ordered mine from the Factory back in December of 93. Paid $17,500 with my GM Discount in March of 94. Sticker Price: $20,500

If I added up all the money I spent on mods, I probably spent at least another $10,000 over the past 10 years
