4.5k, with 97k miles on my 93 TA. Very good shape, garaged, new tires, etc. Owned by some 40 year old woman, until she was forced to sell the car due to divorce (she only checked KBB, not what others were going for).

Well I picked up my 95 TA A4 last year for $3,200 with 150,000 miles and in decent shape the guy I bought it from was the origianl owner and had recenitly had the tranny rebuilt, new water pump, starter, and the ac fixed. I had to replace the dash pad witch was cracked from the sun and the opti was going but he had a brand new one sitting in the back seat. All work was from the dealership as he had all reciepts to show me. I would have prefered an m6 but couldnt pass it up.

$19,200 in May 2000
(and they threw in a $2500 warranty for $1000... I used $2300 of it )

KBB at the time was $26,000 or so. "the talk" started at 8 am when the dealership opened for their sale... Orignally they wanted 24k.

At the time, the bird was at 67,000 miles. Sebring Silver Trans Am convertible, 6-speed, CD-changer, etc... everything but that stupid-*** traction control.

Now she's at 170,000 miles, and going strong (on the stock opti no less).
