pre detonation after stroker kit LT1
I'm running a 11.9:1 ratio on my Lt1 94 Z after rebuild with 385 stroker kit but I'm having detonation issues with acceleration worse when warmed. I'm running on 93 pump gas. Need help

You may want to add your cam specs since they affect dynamic compression ratio, which is what determines octane requirement.

Right, what are you're cam specs? My compression is not far off (although im not stroked) and I am surprised how much timing I can get away with while accelerating with 91 in the tank...
Also you need to tell more about your setup, heads and quench numbers could tell us a lot about how to correct what you are seeing.
who tuned it? How much timing are you running when it starts pinging, what RPM? how much vacuum? etc. Please tell us you are at least logging some of this?
