Power Question?

I have just got a new 94 Z-28 camaro wth the LT1 and there was a couple things I was wondering if there is any way to free up power without buying anything. I plain to spend money on it in the next month or so but i was just wondering. If you remove the ac do you have to buy a smaller belt? thanks

Umm, search for "throttle body bypass". You could also removed the EGR and AIR as well.

removing the EGR and Air will not free horsepower up at all, it just cleans up the engine bay. There are a few free mods like TB bypass and descreen MAF (which there are debates on whether it helps or not). You can delete the AC which would also free up some horses and yea you would have to by a shorter belt.

You don't need a shorter belt to delete the A/C.... you need an "A/C delete pulley" from the 1LE option package.
