Not a lot without having headers, and catback.

A4 with headers and catback too, you're looking at about 330 rwhp with a CC306 versus stock of around 245 rwhp.

pick a smaller cam.
Get a stall first, something like 2800rpm + stall in Edge, Yank or Vigilante

I did a MUCH smaller cam before I had the supporting mods and gained almost noting but later as I added the appropriate supporting parts like stall and headers they gave me huge gains.

especially running the 306 with stock heads. Your choking the motor up because it cannot breathe in or out.

Get the basics in order first, open up the exhaust. Whether you pick the CC306, or some other grind, you are not going to be getting the full benefits of a bigger cam.

do the headers and stall FIRST, and then swap that cam in and you will be fine
