Where my ypipe and cat connect it has a flat connection using 4 bolts to hold it together. Ive been having to use the red RTV gasket maker stuff to keep from leaking. I just want to know if its possible to make a gasket for me?

local auto parts store should carry gasket material so you could just cut out the shape and size you need...
