Is it possible to just get a coil wire?

I have MSD wires but never replaced the coil wire. Is it possible to just get this from GM? If it is does anybody happen to know the part number or will the dealer be able to get one for me? Thanks.

1996-1997 coil wire
AC-Delco part # 346U
GM p/n 12173578

The individual wires are not cheap.

No joke! I went to my dealer and told him I needed just a coil wire. They went in the back, got it, came out and said it was going to be like $19 and change. I told him to keep it. However, I first asked if I could poke my meter leads through the plastic and get an ohm reading on it. He looked at me funny but said sure. LOL! I don't remember exactly what the ohmage (is that a word?) was on the new coil wire but do remember it was much higher/worse than an MSD and Taylor coil wire that I had previously checked.

But that shouldnt matter, as ohms don't play a huge part in the performance of a wire so long as a wire isnt stupidly high (bad). 30,000 volts will take a much different path of resistance then 10 mV will

As always, Rob comes through with part number in short order. I just
purchased that same part for $14 through my local dealer contact.
Not a great price, but better than the $22 list.

I also called Taylor and Accel first w/o any success.

I was just curious and given the choice of getting the stocker which had I believe it was 3 times the resistance of the same length Taylor wire, I'll take the Taylor wire set for $50 as compared to just the one wire for $20
