Possible Injector Problem when hot?

My car runs great for the first 10 minutes. Goes into closed loop, idles right at 14.7:1. After right about 10 minutes (drive to office), it'll start missing very badly, at idle, part throttle, and WOT. During a miss, it'll want to go lean (18:1 at idle, 13.0 at WOT). The only thing i can figure is that an injector is not firing. Seems like if it was a wiring problem it would do it all the time? They are pretty new, like only a few months, but that's all i can figure.

New injectors? Are they Accel? If so there's your problem. A lot of them are mismatched sets.

They are motorcraft brand, and have been fine for a few months now, then all of a sudden i've been having issues.
