Possible fix To all LT1 oil pressure issues!

original post: https://www.camaroz28.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=821117

my readings were IN the red at hot idle.

So i 100% fixed the issue, and i believe it should be put out there (i will make another thread for it itself).

What i did was: when i did the mechanical guage test i tapped into the oil spot right above the oil filter. To get any clogs out i cranked the car. obviously it made a mess but it was expected.

What i did next to fix my issues!!: I did the SAME thing to the oil pressure sending unit hole. left the oil pressure unit OFF, and started the car for 3 sec. put the SAME unit back on it, 100% accurate!!! never seen this poor car with this much amazing pressure

To all you having oil pressure issues, give this a shot!!
