Possible EGR problem...
If the EGR is stuck open, it will cause a bad idle.
IMO, pulling the vacuum hose off is as easy as any way to disable it. Just make sure you plug the manifold side off while the hose is removed.

I tried disconnecting the vacume to it, i also took it off and cleaned it, looks like it closing all the way and im still having the problem. I have found that i am having the problem in closed loop and not both like i thought before.
Im lost, i dont know what to do. I might try just totally removing the EGR to see if it helps. The car is really starting to run bad though.
