I have a suncoast creations SS hood, i have marks already of the altenator hitting the hood and the MAF hitting under hard shifts and acceleration.. If I put poly mounts on the motor mounts will this raise the engine??I cant afford it to be raised up at all..

well polyr are harder than regualr bushings...o it could be that the bushing arent flatened a little like regualr ones...i dunno jut put in what hit me in the head lol

 

If anything the poly's will either stay the same height or higher, might have to adjust your hood up some, if not, i'm not sure what to suggest.
