Polished intake elbow by SLP???

I found a good deal for a GMPP style SLP intake from a guy. He also says he has "a slp stainless steel elbow" that matches the intake. Now I've been on this board for a while, and I never remember SLP making a stainless elbow. Does this exsist or is he trying to pull something on me? Does anyone have pictures if it does?

I've never heard of an SLP stainless steel elbow either. There are a couple different metal elbows available but I thought they were aluminum like the Trick Flow elbow and Vortec elbows. It could be one of those that's polished or something and he's just calling it an SLP.

It's probably the Trick Flow. I'm sure he just doesn't know better and thinks the entire thing is SLP, not just the CAI.

Cool

I'd just stick with a 1LE unit. It's the same size and just as smooth inside. The polished metal ones look cool but have one major problem. The metal obsorbs heat and transfers it to the air comming into the engine. This sucks horsepower out of your engine. I'll just keep the stock rubber one thank you.
