Which Plugs to run?

I am getting ready to install headers in my car. I was running which plug would be good to run? Autolite 106? NGKs? AC delcos? Any suggestions and recommendations would be greatly apprecaited. Thanks.

Why do you feel like you need to change your plugs? Do you have a miss? If not, the stock ac delco's are probably holding just fine. I run them in my car, and I havent had any probs with them. The ngk's are good too, I think tr55's. I think thats the right model #.

Yes, TR55 is the right part # for NGK's. I've tried every plug out there I can get my hands on, and to be honest with you I've never really gotten any more mileage out of one over the other, except for those el-cheapo Champions you can get at Wal-Mart (yeah they suck for longivity, I save those for my lawnmower where they belong). The only plug I haven't tried is the Beru brand, those suckers were like $12 bucks a piece! I better gain at LEAST 20 hp off them if I'm gonna spend that much dough on PLUGS!
