Is this plug fouled?

Still trying to figure out why my car will stumble at low rpms and wont roast the tires in first gear, so while i was doing the plug wires i pulled out one of the plugs and it looks like this.

Is this fouled? There is a greyish buildup on the top and the base of the plug is all black. i have also heard bad things about Bosch plugs in lt1s. could this be the problem? Thanks guys

I ran those bosch +2s for almost two years with no misfires or anything... I just put longtubes on, so I switched to tr55IXs, but the bosch never gave me any problems.

As for if it's fouled or not, picture isn't the best, but I'd say it looks alright... maybe some buildup on the electrodes giving it some resistance... I don't know.
