Plug in Engine Compartment?

Dumb question, but what is that plug on top of the engine compartment on the passenger side (on top of strut tower)? Block heater maybe??

"That plug" could be most anything. Can you be more specific? Maybe this?

Sorry my bad,
It's an electrical plug, like the kind you plug into an AC outlet.

Yeah, that would likely be a block heater. There is not anything else under there that would have a plug on it like that. It would be sitting there on the RH shock tower. It would be accompanied by RPO K05 on the code sticker.

Link works for me. (though it is not a pic of what it really is)
