Plug change...how often?

How often are u guys changing plugs? I don't want to wait until it is running bad....I would like to do it ahead of time and get the most out of them I can. I am running NGK TR55's...Have about 5000 miles on them and still running fine. Just looking ahead.

NGKs are good but they wear out quick I would go no more than 10k.

I use delce platinums they say they are good to 100,000miles. I only have 10,000 on them and still runs strong. Basically you change them when you're in there, it's just a guessing game other than that, unless you have a miss---then your car tells you.......lol. But yea i would change your specific plug at around 10,000miles.
