Question please let me know if I've forgot anything!

Here's what I'm doing to my car (exhaust) within the next month.
1)Jet-Hot coated (94-95 style) Mac headers and single cat y-pipe
2)Mac off-road pipe
3)02 sims
4)94-95 style Borla cat-back
5)new delco 02 sensors
6)Thunder racing ovc wires
7)NGK tr55 plugs
8)GM metal manifold gaskets

I think that's all I need, right? Any problems I might run into? The car's a 97 T/A WS6 M6 with 40,000miles. What kind of RWHP and RWTQ can I expect? It has factory ram air with a K&N filter and I run Mobil 1 5W30.
Thanks

P.S. I'm also thinking of getting the LT4 KM just in case and also an OBDI conversion from MADz28, do you think these mods are worth it?

No, you're right. You don't need 02 sims if you convert to OBDI. I probably won't do the conversion until winter so I'll need them in the mean time. I already have everything except the headers(waiting for them).

Okay thanks quick,
anything else??? One thing that I am concerned about is the AIR fittings. Since I am using 95 style headers on my 97 will the air fitting be the same and work properly or will they leak? My brother had problems on his 95 with mac headers so hopefully I don't have the same problem.

Certain 95's have different AIR fittings than others (1 in 9 I believe) of course mine is one, and the AIR fittings will leak unless you order new AIR hookups.
