Exclamation Please help, smoke coming from exhaust!

Ok here's the deal, all of a sudden my car started going through coolant like crazy, and today I noticed lots of white smoke coming from my exhaust....shortly after, the engine over-heated, so I pulled over to let it cool down. My car was in the shop a few days ago and the mechanic noticed a very small oil leak, and thought it was from the rear main seal, which I bet any money is actually the infamous intake manifold leak.
Would the intake manifold cause the symptoms I have? I can only drive my car like 5 min before it overheats, that's how fast it is burning up the coolant!
PLEASE HELP ME

Sounds an awful lot like a blown head gasket. White smoke in the exhaust and consuming coolant point to that conclusion. Take care of it quickly or you could damage the bottom end.

when my intake was bad i didnt blow smoke or loose antifreeze....and if it was a rear main sela i dont think that would happen either......u might have a blown head gasket.....not really sure but it would be good just to check

Stop driving it period.

Search about blown headgaskets. You'll get pointed in the right direction.

This is classic blown head gasket. It also could be a cracked head, but most likely head gasket. while the engine is idling check for bubbles in the radiator with pressure cap off. you should have a sweet smell from the exhaust. good luck
