Unhappy Please Help! My car won't start. URGENT

I took the car out last night and drove her around the highways for about 3 hours last night with no problems what so ever. Came home and parked the car.

This morning I go to start her up and she wont start. The battery is fine and I'm pretty sure the car IS getting spark. One thing I noticed though is that when I turn the key to the start position, fuel pressure jumps to 44 but then drops back down to zero within a second or two tops. (I have a fuel pressure gauge in the car. My Regulator is an Aeromotive adjustable. Could this be the problem? Is my engine being flooded? This isn't the first time this has happened to me. I've already gone through 3 Aeromotive regulators in as many years and I'd hate to think this would be the 4th. I don't have the money for a new one so I was hoping the problem was something else (ie. cheaper to fix).

Any ideas?

Thanks in Advance.

One way to find out, pull the vac line off the regulator and see if it's wet. I bought a regulator from them and I wouldn't recommend them to my enemy. What a piece of crap.

I'd check your regulator as suggested above. It could also be the internal check valve in the fuel pump.
