Just passed the smog test! Kevin Blown 95 TA you were right on the money. After changing the Magnaflow cat for the 3rd time and failing again I replaced it with a Walker Calcat converter. Here are the final results.
15mph co2-14.0 O2-.5 hc-10 co-0.0 nox-166
25mph co2-14.0 O2-.5 hc-8. co-0.0 nox-151
The change from the Magnaflow cat to the Walker cat was dramatic. Thanks again for all the help. I hope this helps someone else down the road. I do wonder how many cars have been scrapped due to faulty or ineffective replacement catalytic converters?
