Please help again :(

Hey guys... I've got a new problem... clutch related but i never get responses in the drivetrain section, so I'm hoping someone here can help me out. I got my Mcleod Street twin installed last week... It shifts well for the most part.. but coming out of a stop, Its really hard to keep the car from bogging... which usually leads to overcompensation and tires spinning... It also seems to vibrate a lot when I'm letting the clutch out to start rolling, and when I down shift, if i just ease the clutch out like I have done on 30 other cars with ease, I get major vibration from the tranny area....
I'm really losing my patience with this... everyone told me that Mcleod was the best for our cars, and this is gonna be my third time pulling the tranny.... its getting to be very expensive... Please help if you can, I appreciate all of your advice!

Its the mcleod flywheel that came with the clutch... When you say "chatter", which I hear a lot around here, I have always assumed that just to be a little bit of clutch noise... Am I right about that? And even if it was chatter... Still doesn't explain the grindish sounding noise that came when I hit second hard this morning.. thanks!
