Please Help!!!!

I just finished a 383 build with procharger and here is the problem i'm having. The car idles and drives pretty decent. If im in 1st or second gear @ 2000-2500RPM and floor it, it pulls awesome until it hits aprox 4500 RPM. It seems like it then hits a rev limiter and cuts out and back in very quickly. If i go up through the RPM's moderetly instead of flooring it it will go to aprox 5800 before missing. It also seem like it don't want to pull pass those RPM's if held down.

Fully forged 383 Stroker
8.5:1 CR
AFR 190 Heads P&P
Custom grind blower cam 24X/25x duration 10X LSA
Morel Link bar Lifters
Comp RR
Comp CM pushrods
MSD Distributor
MSD Coil
MSD 6AL
MSD BTM
Taylor OTVC wires
TR6 Plugs

P600B blower
12lb pulley
FMIC
Lucas 42lb injectors
Procharger inline pump
Walbro 255lph in tank

Everything was replaced brand new in this build and nothing spared....Please help as i'm getting discouraged. This is a 93 with M6 and moser 9" if that makes any difference...I'm probably mising some other things but i can't think straight.

Have you verified fuel pressure is maintained?

Have you verified spark plug gap and/or reduced it to see if it changes anything?

yes i have a pillar guage for fuel pressure where its boosted. I like to keep an eye on it to make sure it doesn't drop. I installed new tr6's and gapped them at 35...i am going to pull them when the car cools down and see what they are burning like.

I just pulled a couple of plugs, I verified the gap @ .035 and they are burning a med brown color, it is not white, tan or black. seems to be between tan and black.
