hi i have a 97 trans am and i was just out washing my car and i ****ing locked my keys in the car. the door is just clicked once and i was wondering.

i made a slim jim for my brothers car and it worked....

has anyone tried this with f bodies? like picked their own cars to get the doors open or is the car to new and needs a locksmith? need some help fat because it looks like its about to rain

I locked mine in the car once , what I did was pull the window on the top and had a friend stick a hanger in the key ring and pull them out. GOOD LUCK!

 

your t top? how do u pull that off

My t-tops where still on the car lol. There is weather stripping that is rubber..........very flexable. My window MAY be alittle looser than yours.

 

Do you lock the t-tops? you can try to hook the latch and open the T-tops..

I keep a spare in my wallet, thats in my pocket ALL times no matter what. If I exit the car for any reason I take off my door key and remote and purposely lock the doors. Just in case. (that way I know I locked it and I know I have my keys to get in.)
