Please help...

Window slowly quit working. So I changed the motor. The window still does not work. I tested the switch and it works fine. When I push the switch, I can hear a click under the driverside dash, kind of like a circuit trip or something like that. Why is my window motor not getting any juice?
PS: I also checked the fuses.
PSS: I also have a Viper alarm with auto window roll up. The window was working fine before and it SLOWLY quit working, but while I was in the door, I took off the auto window roll up and think that the alarm has something to do with why the window won't go up. Please advise....

Usually clicking is from a relay. Since there is no stock relay for the windows, the alarm system you are using probably has one. I suggest you test the window motor by running 12 volts directly to the motor. If that works ok then remove the alarm system wiring and go back to stock set up. If the problem still persists, the problem is obviously in the wiring.
