Planning on firing it up soon.

With all the overtime I have had to put in to buy the parts needed to finish this I just haven't spent anytime putting it together. But I took my vacation with the intention of firing this thing up and getting some racing in before the end of the year.

Problems, after problems, with any luck it will be running next week.

Minus one tube because the tube ran where #3 plug has to go.

The strange drive shaft or yoke doesn't want to slide on the aftermarket output shaft. right splines just real tight. Then since I had to side the motor back to get the headers in the driveshaft is an inch and half too long.

A new member or hidden identity? The 1050 I have may be a little big but this motor will need a 900-950 easily. I'm just going off a little thing I beleave in any motor will run a little faster with the larger carb If you can get it to meter fuel correctly. If I can't get it to run right I will be getting it modded by one of the carb companies for the motor. The intake is a Brodix HVH 1002.

I cut the whole under cowl area out. The black trim comes off easy and getting the rear bowl off isn't that hard. Adjusting the float is a small problem. I have to unbolt the carb and move it forward. I was going to move the motor forward to get at the bowl adjustment but had to slide it back because of the headers. You could always mount it sideways.
