MY question is when i do the cam install, should i do Heads too?
how much longer will take to rip the heads off.... I mean im going
to do heads sooner or later... would it be wise to do them both at the same time? thanks

 

im changing my cam, and i took the heads off last night and pulled the lifters and then i took out the cam.. I say do the heads while you are at it if you got the cash, taking the heads off only took about... around 30 minutes tops, i cant even remember exactly, cuz we were doing so much more.. but it really doesn't take long, and isnt hard to do. I know theres a bolt patterm for taking most heads if not all heads off.. and on so follow up on that , especially if they are aluminum .

 

Cam swap is like 80% of the work while heads is about 20%. If you gonna do the heads, it might not be a bad idea to do headers if you already not have them.
