Piston Help

intalled the cc 306 in my car and the exhaust valves ALL hit the piston. Barely though just enough to bend the push rods and the valves, but not hurt the pistons. Did all this though while just cranking the engine over. The block was all stock and never machined. The heads were machine around 20 thousandths and I am running 202 intake valves and 160 exhaust valves and i think that exhaust valve was part of it because it hit as it was going into the valve relief pocket. I know I can get the pistons notched a little, but Id almost rather just throw some new pistons witha deeper relief in them. My main question is what piston can I run. Like will any 350 piston that take a 5.7 rod work with the right compression? Also does it throw off the balance going with diff pistons and are the pistons pressed on? I know I have to measure to see how big of reliefs I need Im just trying to figure out what pistons I can run in an lt1

Thanks,
Nick

Ya can rent cutters from ISKY Cam and cut the piston's in the block with a drill.
