Pics of my true dual setup with convertible X brace

Here's some pics of my true dual setup. Consists of Kooks LTs, Dynatech 4.5x7" ovals, and 3" Pypes mini cats. I was hoping these Dynatechs were a little quieter than race bullets, they are straight thru split flows, and they sound great, not very loud at idle but really yell on heavy accelleration. Cats are 3" then it necks down to 2.5 the rest of the way back. I also custom made an X-brace to replace the factory stamped one that is on the convertibles, the pipe fit perfectly over it.

Lowest part on driver side cat, this could have been raised about a 1/2 inch and I will do it if it hits:

Looks nice but yuu might want to put some heat wrap around that bundle of steel lines. It's your brake and fuel lines and it looks like the pipe is like an inch from them.

Are those vert specific SFC's. Where did you get them?

I wish I could find someone who did dumps before the axle with a Sphon TA on it and still a vert. Would love to see photos of that.

Re'
In this pic, you can see right above where the driver side pipe starts to bend toward the center, there's a heat sheild I made to protect the fuel and brake lines in that location. Those up in the tunnel are a good 2-3 inches away although you can't tell that in the pics.

I did have the Spohn TA that terminated at the tunnel brace a while back, it made too much noise in the cabin so I took it off and put the stock TA back on. I modified the Spohn here in this pic for the vert X-brace, its basically the same clearance that I have with the Custom X-brace I have on now..but the Spohn hung down slightly lower and hit everything.

Here's one of the entire under side when the Spohn TA was on
http://hometown.aol.com/onebadwskier...-underside.jpg
Here's a good one of it..also, notice where the ends of the X bolt to, I welded 2 tabs on the bottom side of the tranny mount to bolt it to..that way it brought the front of the X down a little more for clearence for the pipe to go over instead of bolting it to the top of the tranny mount.

oh, it still had the stock exhaust on it in these pics though...
As you can see, all I did was weld some very thick flat stock I got from Home Depot onto the Spohn tunnel brace to make the "X"and also used a sledge to bend the center of the X down some for more clearence for the pipe to go over the brace and under the tranny tail shaft.
